Bristol and Avon Archaeological Society Symposium 2013

BaRAS were represented at Bristol and Avon Archaeological Society’s 50th Anniversary Symposium on Saturday 9th March. A number of speakers highlighted the archaeological discoveries in and around the Bristol area, many of which involved BaRAS and their 1970s — 90s predecessor, the Field Archaeology section, of Bristol Museum. Thanks to Kate Iles, Assistant Curator for Archaeology, for organising this successful event.
